Ashland Aerial is up to date on all FAA guidelines and certifications. We follow the FAA guidelines as best as possible with no intention to purposely cause trouble, incidents, or fly in a manner that could harm the environment, persons, or property.
Our Equipment is registered with the FAA.
FAA has release the new Remote Pilot Certification which will be available to take in August of 2016.
We currently have completed the first part of the certification. It is the online course, part 107 sUAS certification.
We have never downed an aircraft in 3 years, no incidents period other than rough landings with the first quadcopter 3 years ago. We now take off and land from our hands with a flawless take off and landing.
